Rathmell
Gooselands
A small residential development in the village of Rathmell near Settle on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. In line with current ideas a brown field site was transformed into 6 cottages and 12 individually designed houses. Working closely with the developer and the clients each of the properties provide spacious 3, 4 & 5 Bedroom Houses All the properties are constructed using local stone, random coursed with natural stone heads and cills, with blue slate to roofs and fit well within the village vernacular.
